Sunset Meditation Walk & Restorative Sound Bath March 30th, 2026
Start your week with intention.
Mindful Mondays is a community gathering designed to help us slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and move through the week with greater presence.
In this session, we’ll begin with a short introduction to mindful walking before moving together through a gentle meditation walk at a slow, intentional pace as the sun begins to set. Walking meditation invites us to bring awareness to our breath, our steps, and the world around us—transforming something ordinary into a grounding and restorative practice.
After the walk, we’ll return to our starting point and settle in for a mini sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to help the body integrate, relax, and reset.
This gathering is simple, quiet, and community-centered. No experience with meditation is necessary.
