Hannah
FounderHi, I’m Hannah — a Queer Latinx mama of two, practitioner, teacher, facilitator, and community space-holder behind Terrah Vida.
My work was born from a personal journey of learning how to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild my relationship with rest, body, and spirit in a world that constantly asks us to push harder and numb out.
As a mother, a survivor of burnout, and a lifelong feeler, I know how rare it is to find spaces where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or “fix” anything about who you are. Terrah Vida exists to offer exactly that — a place to arrive as you are and be met with gentleness.
Through sound ceremonies, movement, ritual, and rest, I create small, intentional gatherings rooted in nervous system care, cultural reverence, and real human connection. My approach is intuitive, trauma-aware, and grounded in lived experience — not perfection.
I believe healing is communal. Rest is revolutionary. And softness is strength.
Whether you’re exhausted, curious, overwhelmed, or simply seeking something more honest and embodied, you are welcome here.
