Hannah
FounderHi, I’m Hannah — a Queer Latinx mama of two, practitioner, teacher, facilitator, and the one holding Terrah Vida.
This work grew from my own path of slowing down, listening inward, and rebuilding my relationship with rest, my body, and my spirit.
It’s been a return. One I’m still walking every day.
As a mother, a survivor of burnout, and someone who feels deeply, I understand the kind of spaces we crave but rarely find — where you can land without performing, without explaining, without carrying anything extra.
Terrah Vida is that space.
A place to arrive as you are and be met with care, softness, and truth.
Through sound, movement, ritual, and rest, I hold intentional gatherings rooted in nervous system care, cultural reverence, and real connection. My approach is intuitive, trauma-aware, and shaped by lived experience.
I believe in healing that happens in community.
In rest that restores more than just the body.
In softness that holds power.
If you’re feeling tired, curious, overwhelmed, or in between versions of yourself — you’re welcome here.
